Your therapy journey is unique, and the time you spend in treatment depends on your goals. The first session will be an intake session, and the therapist will ask questions that allow for information gathering and understanding of your current struggles. You must complete all required paperwork before your first session.

Once you have submitted an inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to you regarding your first appointment.

Complete our intake forms prior to your first visit. This ensures we can maximize our session time focusing on your growth.

First Session

Meet with your therapist for the intake assessment. We'll explore your history and begin setting collaborative goals for your renewed peace.

Scheduling

We offer flexible sessions throughout the week. You can easily schedule by reaching out via email, text, call or our request appointment page. 

Fees & Insurance

All major credit cards, cash, check. Currently credentialed with Highmark, Optum, United Behavioral Health, Cigna, Aetna,`Self pay option 125$ check back for updates with UPMC, Peak, and Medicare, 

Paperwork

All intake forms will need to be completed prior to your first visit. This ensures we can focus entirely on your care during our time together.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please reach out via phone or text to cancel or reschedule. There is a 50$ late cancel fee (within 24 hours) and a no show fee of 75$.

What to Expect from Your Therapy Journey

In our initial session, we focus on understanding your history and current challenges, including OCD symptoms, anxiety, or neurodivergent experiences. Together, we develop a personalized care plan that integrates evidence-based techniques with your personal values. Ongoing therapy at Renewed Peace is a collaborative process where we celebrate small victories and build sustainable tools for lasting peace and emotional resilience.
