finding calm
Are you longing for a sense of calm in the midst of life's challenges? Do racing thoughts, constant worry, or endless "what ifs" leave you feeling overwhelmed or keep you awake at night? Hi, I'm Torre, and I specialize in helping individuals navigate OCD and anxiety disorders. If you're ready to break free from the exhausting cycle of intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and fear, you've come to the right place. Together, we'll work to help you find lasting relief, build confidence, and create a life that's no longer controlled by anxiety.
My Faith
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and has shaped the compassion, hope, and purpose I bring to my work as a counselor. I believe every person is created with inherent worth and deserves to be treated with dignity, grace, and respect. For clients who desire it, I am honored to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counseling process through biblical principles, prayer, and spiritually informed conversations alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Whether your faith is central to your life or you are simply seeking compassionate, professional care, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and find renewed hope.
Clinical Focus
My clinical focus centers on supporting those navigating the complexities of obsessive-compulsive disorder and various anxiety-related struggles. Holding certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I offer high-level, proven therapeutic interventions tailored to OCD, complemented by actionable methods for mastering daily stressors.
Outside the Office
When I'm not in the office, I'm most likely chasing my kiddos outside, throwing a ball for my Goldendoodle, Thor, or enjoying my favorite cup of coffee. I love worship music, a great podcast, and making memories with my family. Life can be beautifully messy, and I believe those ordinary moments often remind us what matters most. They also inspire the compassion, authenticity, and hope I strive to bring into every counseling session.
